It's an amazing brand - immaculately art directed, but extremely comfortable and laid back. Just perfect.
sam is a multimedia producer and one of the owners of monkey town, where he curates video art programs.
between 1996 and 2003, sam spent an inordinate amount of life on action daddy, a band project that originally was a pomprock spectacle and morphed into a lo-brow video sampling and junkyard midi gear thing.
> sam's recent work includes: community movie-making projects Bacchanale (2006) and Mago (2007) @ Monkey Town and Vena Virago's Honey Bunny (2008), production for claude wampler's PERFORMANCE (career ender) at the kitchen NYC (2006), museum exhibits and performances with genesis p-orridge @ Centre Pompidou PARIS (2009) and Kunstlerhaus Bethanien BERLIN (2004), audio design for assume vivid astro focus @ Deitch Projects NYC (2003), and music videos for pink&brown and the rolling stones.
sam's work would not be possible without the generous participation of his friends, collaborators and colleagues, some of whom are listed below.
